New City Buffet

We just got here at 12pm, they took us to our booth and we went to get our food when suddenly not even three minutes from that she gave us our ticket and without saying a word, she left, it was a disrespect that we made it over here not even got our food right away and we where ask to leave, my kids were calm we where not making any noise or complaint in the restaurant. Knowing that I’m half Asian and suffering discrimination from your own people hurts. It’s completely distasteful to encounter people acting like this

The variety of food offerings was very good. At 2 hours into the lunch service the buffet was well stocked. The service was good. My concern was that the food was barely warm.

We have been to New City Buffet several times. This is easily one of the best restaurant in Worthington. They have a large selection of delicious food for a reasonable price. The staff is friendly. We are always greeted when we come in and they check on us a few times during our meal. We would recommend it

This place is so good. The food is fresh hot and very clean

Food is excellent, hot food, plenty on buffet, each spot was full. Friendly staff. Currently giving surgical masks with food service gloves. As soon as you touch the mask its contaminated so its useless either way. The mask policy here is blurry because some wear it below the nose while others don't wear it at all. The workers have food service gloves & surgical masks but really unless these are worn at all times, you could just as well not have a policy of mask & glove
