Burger King

This is my go to place to eat! The staff are like family!

Ate at the Waterville Burger King. My partner and I ordered exactly the same thing. A Whopper, a small fry, and a small sprite. We ate at 5P and by 8P both had severe food poisoning! Coming out both ends for 8 hours! My partner had to use the rest room after we went through yhe drive thru and apologized they took so long because they had to clean the toilet seat to use the restroom! Gross! That should have been our inclination not to eat there! NEVER AGAIN!

Waited half an hour to order at the counter only to leave empty handed. Crew was too focused on drive through to help the dozen or so other people waiting in line to order alongside me. Giving one star because zero isn't an option.

Worst BK ever. 15 cars in the drive through so went inside. Elderly lady chatting with customers instead of taking orders. Took her 4 minutes to ring up one customer then told the next in line it would be e few minutes and proceeded to organize old receipts on the counter. I left without even getting a chance to order and won’t go back.

So I work with people with wheelchairs and walkers and when we arrived there were plenty of parking spots available and instead this person who works at the facility, chose to park in the clearly white lines that are there for those with wheelchairs to be able to comfortably get out of vehicles without worrying about cars being too close. So I thought. Well, I took this picture, spoke with the manager who didn’t even apologize and knew it was one of her employees her parked there. The employee then proceeded to loudly complain they had to move their vehicle and said “did anyone even need it?” The manager who knew I was still standing there simply said “I’ll explain later” what? Do you can complain that we needed access? Still no apology and Yes, ma’am we did need that spot. Flash forward t
