Burger King

Had a new person take our order today and unfortunately a couple things were messed up. Things like this happen and the management was very good about making it right. I hold no fault to the lady that took our order. She was trying and kept apologizing and saying she was new. I know how it is to be in that situation and I told her she was perfectly fine. All around great service and great customer service.

We just stopped at Burger King in wabash and i am not from this town and i was very dissatisfied with the food . The fries were cold not even luke warm cold and old . The chicken wrap was made with old oily chicken that must have been sitting for quite some time . And the whopper was plain ? I order it with everything it was literally meat and bread .

It's about 3:30pm, I placed an order online and pulled up to get the food. The lady at the window was nice, +1 star. The food came quickly which was nice, +1 star. The - 3 stars comes from the quality of my whopper. It was dry, curled up and tasted terrible. I would assume it was there for quite some time before serving it to me. I love the flame broiled whopper taste, but this just didn't make the cut.

The pinkish purple haired girl that worked 1/18/26 needs a training course in customer service.Or in just being a decent human being.When an elderly man orders and you laugh at or disrespect him.That person shouldn’t be allowed to run the front desk.It may not have happened to me but I will not support a business like that.

Just stopped in for a snack got an onion ring for the drive home where I ate a home cooked meal overall it was decent
