Burger King

The cook was rude as hell , told everyone to go home or somewhere else and walked out, i waited thinking they had someone else to fix the food . Then he comes back in after at least 10 minutes outside and gives everyone an attitude. I canceled my order and will not ever use bk for anything!!

Rude manager on shift … just because your out of something don’t mean I am not willing to pay for the full meal food was good but sucks they was out of the pie and my pineapple drink didn’t have the foam on top dining room was nasty so got my food to eat in my car .. biggest thing about this visit was the attitude and how they was miserable to be here then got on the road and had to turn around bc my burger was dressed wrong once again manager was rude told me it was taken care of sat in lobby 10 mins two others got food and I had to go repeat myself again at the counter will NOT be back at this location get it TOGETHER ….

Don't expect to get any desire or milkshake their milkshake machine has been down since 2018 they always say they've got the part on order but it can't have been on order for 8 years so don't never expect any dessert or a milkshake You're never going to get it and I've had a mess up my order several times when I walked in to get Carry out.

I ordered online in the BK app but accidentally placed the order to this BK. I immediately called the listed number. The woman who answered says she was the shift manager. I asked to cancel this mistaken order, the "manager" told me she didn't know how. There seemed to be no way to cancel this order. I asked for her name, the "manager" hung up. Don't bother calling the main Burger King customer service number, they hang up too.

The food was very good , I came about 4:30 pm on November 1st and the manager had to go wasn’t sure why but it was as we were finishing our meal. She was very polite and respectful about it I hope she is okay. Everything was fantastic especially the manager
