I wanted to leave the rating section blank, pending further evaluation. I went ahead and gave a fair rating based off my experience, but will amend if something changes. I took my family here this morning. I was immediately impressed with the wall featuring Darnell and some of his noteworthy career highlights. We were greeted warmly, seated in a timely fashion, and our drinks came out reasonably fast. We ordered our food. 3 of our 4 party members received theirs within an acceptable amount of time. My food hit the table in three parts - 17, then 22 and finally 28 minutes after theirs did, respectively. I enjoyed the Southern Egg Rolls with greens, Mac and cheese and sweet potato sauce. I also ordered a whole chicken quesadilla which was good. I couldn't finish the quesadilla but they offer a half portion if you don't want whole. I don't mind eating leftovers. Very good selections. I will be back again. The cook was professional and greeted me when I came in with his full name. I thought he was the owner but he wasn't still cool guy.

Food was phenomenal. We had the Subzero pancakes and Bourbon waffles with candied bacon.

The service and food is great. We have only come here for breakfast, however lunch looks promising and they have a bar for afternoon and evening I assume. We definitely recommend this establishment.
