Conditions at this location were improving but are dropping again. Rapidly. On 02/24/2026, placed an order over 20 minutes in advance before arriving scheduling it for about the time we would arrive. The restaurant was not at all busy. Upon arrival they tell us "we don't have your order" before being silent for an extended period then coming back and saying "oh yeah here it is." After waiting another 15 minutes for them to prepare it, they still got it wrong. They completely messed up Steakhouse whopper, no extra patty, American instead of Swiss cheese, no mushrooms at all and other issues, all on one burger. They do not properly pay attention to what's being ordered and are clearly goofing off and ignoring their order screens. In another instants about a couple weeks prior, they slapped l

Great location, clean and bright inside. Customer Service was top notch! Employee Josh went out of his way to help an elderly lady with a big order, and then provided the same high level of friendly customer service to me! I'm definitely stopping by here on the regular!

Location has beautiful views of the Shenandoah Mountains, staff is friendly and the interior was super clean. The food wasn't that good however. The nuggets and fries were both over cooked. The soda machine did not have sprite options available at the time I visited. Lovely spot to have lunch but they need to do better on food offerings. Girls at counter gossiping was a treat, 😆.

Stopped in for food for 4 of us before a long trip and the lady who took our order wasn't speaking clearly, made 2 entrées into meals that we didn't want and didn't verify the order so we didn't know she did that until after we paid for it. Upcharging like that when it wasn't asked for isn't ok and could've been avoided. It wasn't worth the fight when she didn't even act like she cared in the first place. When asked for the cups we knew we paid for (2) because she didn't get them automatically, she didn't give the other 2 cups from the entrees she made into meals.

They had 4 sodas available out of 40. No sweet tea, no unsweetened tea, no ketchup, no straws (although the nice guy at the counter, Dustin, was able to get those), trashcan overflowing, no sauce for the onion rings, not one clean table! They were not busy!! There were 2 parties eyeing the menu as we sat. Two employees holding the counter up. Just horrible! Never again.
