Wow! Where do we begin?! After looking for a long time for a baker to do our wedding, we came across Ashton! We immediately reached out and got in touch with her! That same afternoon, she happened to be in the area making another delivery and we tried 12 cupcakes! They were incredible!! We knew from that moment and first bite that she had to do our wedding. She made an amazing cake and also helped us create an incredible dessert bar that our friends and family loved. People were raving about her desserts all night! Thank you so much Ashton for bringing our dessert and cake vision to life! We will for sure be back for more desserts! If we were to do our wedding again, we would choose her 1,000 times over! If you live anywhere near Cakes by Ashton, this bakery is a travel destination. Please, drive out of your way to visit her shop. I live in Tucson, Arizona, and put in an order for my child attending school in the area. Every single detail was followed on our order and am so thankful that the delivery and execution went exactly as planned for my daughter's birthday. Ashton is the rare combination of an excellent baker and also has the sweetest of personalities. Ashton was there in short notice and came thru with the best most delicious wedding cake I have ever had in my life!! We ordered raspberry cake on bottom and strawberry cake on top with vanilla buttercream icing! Everyone raved about it. Her cake was soo moist and just the right amount of flavor. Ashton freaking nailed it! Go to her for your cakes - you won’t regret it!!

Cute little place in downtown Strasburg! Great addition to the local food scene. Ashton does such a great job with her specialty cupcakes. You cannot tell they're nut free and vegan. Wow! I also enjoyed learning about how her passion for Baking evolved. Thank you for sharing your treats and for having a store front!
