Burger King

Burger King has really made an effort to improve the quality of both the food and the service. Everyone who waited on me was pleasant, efficient, and kind. My last two trips here have been much quicker in service than what I had previously experienced. Employee training seems to be working well. Even the conversation amongst the employees in the back room seem to be more pleasant and less surly than I've heard before. Maybe give them another try.

I have been to this BK many times, driving through only. I have had an experience where the drink was filled so high to the point where it pooled up on the lid, the worker handed me the drink and the liquid on the lid spilled on me. Today, I ordered two tacos and an 8 piece nugget w/BBQ sauce. I received my tacos, but only received 5 nuggets and no BBQ sauce. Besides these two negative experiences, the drive through at this BK takes forever, it is not fast food.

Did not want lettuce and the white slim on sandwich. That's why we ordered plain chicken sandwich without the slim. You got your lettuce and white slim back. It's in your lot with the wadded up napkins that I used to wipe my hands. Never seen no ketchup that they claimed was in the bag. Will not go back to that type of very bad service.

Haven't been here in a while, but the food was Great. People in the drive thru were quick and kind.

July 24 2022 - 1 Star - Bad Establishment and Service Usually I won’t leave reviews like this, Especially about Burger King because Usually they are really good, but this one in Sterling Colorado was Horrible! First the employees were slow, I get it, it’s hard working all day, only problem… It wasn’t even Busy! 4 Employees were working there (as Of my knowledge) and they still took forever, we waited in the drive through and they told us “Just a minute” it was like 5-7 minutes! We went in and the floors weren’t clean, tables were a bit dirty. The bathroom (Men’s) was nasty, trash was full, Flys were inside, and toilets were full of stuff. We go to order and I see on the wait sign 2 orders, they were basic to, one going for 8 minutes and another for 6! After we payed for our food and went t
