Gentlemen at counter was very nice. We are very concerned with poor cleanliness. All tables haven’t been wiped in a long while. The condiments area is totally destroyed with everything! We told them it needed attention. One staff member came out & picked up trash but never wiped anything while we were there. It’s our opinion that if y’all don’t get your act together this new building is gonna go down fast & so will the business. Sorry just being honest..

I ran through the drive thru on my way home. I ordered, paid, got my food and drove off. When I opened the bag, I had an amazing tasting burger and HALF a pod of French fries! I almost turned around and asked for the rest of my fries but decided to just come home. I don’t understand why they only filled it half full. Otherwise, it was pretty good.

This is one busy Burger Kings since it's Grand Reopening! The lines for drive thru are to the main road, and the parking lot is super hard to maneuver through due to the drive thru line. Inside, trashy. All of the tables were extremely dirty, spilt condiments, soda, used napkins, etc. They have ONE register, with THREE, self serve order machines, cards only. This part of the design was NOT well planned. The ONE cashier, was doing his best, taking orders, coming out to try to refill the straws, napkins, etc. There were SEVERAL, employees in the back, standing around, which could have been actually earning their pay and doing their due diligence, alternating to keep the dining area cleaned. One of the cleanest and friendliest fast food restaurants I have seen. These folks do it right and take pride in their work. Thank you fine folks of Oneonta!
