Was told they don't serve tea. Also the lady at window was stuck up. Another review 3 of us ordered food asked for zesty sauce and was given 1 damn pack. Come on people do better. Made it home with food. Ordered a crispy onion burger and they put onion rings on it and no crispy onions lmfao can't do anything right there i guess

I ordered it through delivery, but I couldn't even confirm if it was actually delivered, so I called and they didn't know. They told me to just wait. I inquired through the app, and it said the delivery was complete. The app said it was still in development. For the hour I waited, I gifted myself a frozen hamburger.

This place is awful went there to get dinner and was appalled by the ignorance of the customer service went through the drive thru and order fine we got to the window asked the guy to do a split payment he didn't say that he couldn't do split payments with 2 cards just proceeded to run the whole bill on one card then when he handed us our drinks he didn't say what they were we had to ask then a lady handed us our food and I asked for ranch and she proceeded to ignore us and just shut the window terrible service

I was in Nebraska City on 10/08 and decided to go through the drive through to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered a whopper meal and after waiting a long time for my food, I was disappointed to find the most Caucasian french fries ever; severely undercooked and inedible!

They absolutely suck. Food was Gross. I went through with my family on our way to go camping I got myself a wrapper I asked for no pickles but guess what they decide to just hide all the pickles in a pile in the middle of the burger so that after I had eaten most of my sandwich I got a month full of pickles and soggy bread.
