the customer service here is poor. and they have bog racial discrimination here. first. I dont get to use the restroom. fries is cold and I only get one BBQ sauce for 2 large fries. not cool

"large halfsie" "large drink" and no tomato or lettuce and got everything wrong. Was "busy" and there was only 1 car in the parking lot.

I think the food was really good and the staff was really Respectful. They took there time and made sure the orders were correct even when they were busy

Sandwiches/burgers are made neatly and staff is very professional and friendly. This has been consistent for the 2 years I've been coming here. Unfortunately, on a visit inside, there were many flies, counted 8 on a casual glance, and they keep landing on me. Please lmk if you fix this and I'd happily change my review, because everything else, including workplace culture, seems very good.

They made all 6 of my sandwiches wrong through the drive thru. I placed on the mobile app so it was put in correctly. I called when I got home and noticed and had to drive all the way back for them to replace them. Only to find out they needed the original 6 back. That I did not bring. They did not say they needed them back. Just to come back through. I have never had a restaurant ask for food back that would just have to be thrown away anyway. Very unprofessional.
