Burger King

I drove 25 minutes to this Burger King to pick up an order I placed and paid for through the Burger King app. When I arrived, the employee told me that someone else had already picked up my order. I have no idea who they gave it to—but it definitely wasn’t me. A male employee briefly tried to help, but the female employee working the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though this was 100% their mistake, they refused to remake my food or provide any solution. Instead, they told me to “call” about it, as if I hadn’t already wasted my time and gas. I’ve worked in and dealt with many food chains, and any other restaurant would have immediately remade the order when they give food to the wrong person. This location refused to take responsibility. Be aware the drive through staff take your credit card away for a long time and asked you to wait… I don’t know why they can’t just give the card back to you. It happened twice. I talked to the manager and the Latino lady said it’s fine. It’s all fine. 🙄

Very clean, burgers were hot, fresh, perfectly made, and delicious. This location was not very busy so the atmosphere was subdued.

A young gentleman by the name of Robert serves me this evening it was his first day on the job and he provided excellent customer service and had things going in a good direction first day on the job and he could already be the manager from what I've seen with this restaurant in the past great job Robert keep it up you're going places buddy places... Keep up the good work and you should be managing that place before too long as he is already shown more management qualities then I have seen in the past from this place

I picked up a mobile order from this location today and was surprised by my experience(low rating on review). The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was also clean and spotless, I hope this level of service and cleanliness continues. Although the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks were a little bit dry, great job to the new management team and staff – keep it up!
