THE WORRRRRRST I tell ya!!!!! Never again. I’ve never had to repeat an order so many times at a drive thru!! I understand repeating something once and maybe twice, but after that second time of repeating myself, I was about to drive off to another location. Mind you, I project my voice loudly so I’m heard since the speaker is far. I’m pretty sure every person behind me could hear me ordering. That’s how loud I speak at a drive thru. Employees at the drive thru at other restaurants/locations usually hear me, but the guy at this location just wasn’t listening. How does “two 4-piece chicken fries” and “one 8-piece nuggets” sound the same??? He told me “you said nuggets” and I said “no I said I would like two 4-piece chicken fries”. I went to Burger King on Mystic Ave in Medford. Today I was treated very badly. I just went to buy a burger, I didn't lose. The attendant was super rude, rude, and avoided contact as if we were in a pandemic. But that's okay, I understand. All this care and working without gloves, she touched the money and took the burger. I asked her name, she didn't want to say it. Then she told me it was Catherine. She worked at the drive-thu. I saw that the manager even gets praise, how much this woman gets, but I complain. It's ridiculous how she treats people. I live in Medford. I like Burger King, but I won't go back to this address. My money has value elsewhere

If you a good look at the melting pot Quincy is. Hangout here . Youll see everything from business men. Blue collar workers . Junkies. Homeless people . And families all eating sleeping being together in harmony . But in all honesty the food here is always fresh and the employees are great. One of the most reliable burger kings I've ever been to I'm sure the king himself tios his crown to you .

The three Spanish lady’s during the day were sooooo rude! Absolutely uncalled for! Beware you’ve been warned

Management have to know about this Woman employee in the photo. She is amazing. Salutes me by my name every time igo to the restaurant. This time today a handicapped man entered, she was so kind to him. Suggested menu itens to customers. Best in town!
