Burger King

normally don’t leave reviews, but this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at any fast-food restaurant. I had an issue with my order and called in to see if someone could contact the Logan store to help fix it since I live about 30 minutes away. While I was explaining the situation, the assistant manager suddenly hung up on me. I tried calling back over 60 times with no answer. I finally had to drive all the way there. When I arrived, she lied and said they “didn’t have enough people to answer the phone.” That’s not an excuse — if you’re understaffed, that’s a management problem. I don’t go to Burger King all that often, but this visit actually changed my mind a bit. I ordered a Whopper meal and everything tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting around. The burger was juicy, the bun wasn’t stale, and the fries were hot. The service was laid-back but efficient. I wasn’t rushed, and the staff seemed relaxed and friendly, which made the whole stop feel easier and less stressful. The restaurant itself was clean and didn’t have that greasy fast-food smell, which I appreciated. Overall, this location did what it was supposed to do and did it well. When I’m in the mood for Burger King, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this one.

Nice Burger King. Friendly staff. They seemed a little under staffed, but it was a Sunday, which usually means less staff. The drive-thru and inside were busy, but there seemed to be a large amount of fries in the warmer. After waiting in line a bit, I knew those fries wouldn't be the best. There's nothing better than hot fries from BK. No problem. I asked if I could have hot fries, and she was happy to oblique. She even brought out our tray when the fries were done. I was excited to see a new computerized fountain drink dispenser, hoping for a variety of soda offerings. I was wrong. It looked fancy, but there were 8 choices, and only one was diet. Diet Coke. Sigh! I still don't understand why most restaurants' diet soda offerings are only 10-15% when half or more of the customers want

When the sandwich actually comes out looking like the commercial, food hot and fresh .

They got my order completely wrong even though I repeated it 3 times because I didn't see a summary on the screen. Everything came very cold and the ice coffee was so bitter there clearly wasn't even a tiny spoon of sugar in it. It was just terrible just terrible. They can do better. They need to hire more people.
