I was at the drive thru just yesterday and Diana's service was so friendly and quick. My food was great and I had everything I ordered! However, through the window I could hear what appeared to be a manager yelling at her to leave...she seemed very upset and distracted. Honestly, I looked at other reviews and I don't know how Kendrick has gotten such good reviews after what I heard today
Disgusting. Had bad prior experiences with wait and no line, but finding a hair in my food is just downright gross. Threw the whole order away. Horrible location
1st & most formal this was the best experience in a BK! Specially on 2025 black Friday! Cashier lady was nice & patient with my oder!! BRENT was very welcoming & was moving fast to bring the orders out. Food was fresh & hot 10/10 would definitely recommend this location.
This is by far the best location I’ve been to! Kendrick helped me, and he went above and beyond. I was having a rough day, and he made my day better with kindness and exceptional customer service. My impossible burger was made fresh, and was delicious! I will be back to this location again. Thank you!
