Burger King

To is BK has gone down hill. Ordered a cheese burger and the bun was so burnt i had to spit it out. And you see the buns when you assemble everything why still give that to someone?! So i drove back through the drive thru since the doors were locked, and sat there for 17mins waiting because they were going so slow with only one car in front of me. Got up to the window and the guy acted annoyed that i wanted a new one. Then was just sitting there texting on his phone the whole time….no wonder it was slow! They need to have more help and better customer service!!

Worst Burger King ever! They always mess up! Shouldn’t take ten minutes to have my food when there no other people in drive thru or behind me in front counter. People were just on there phones. Find employees that wanna work! Not be on there phones! Also, my shake barely had any chocolate in it. Sounds like people in there need to be re trained how to do there jobs! I normally don’t give bad reviews but everytime I come here there is something not made right for my order. Get it together!

Is AI doing the hiring? All I ordered was 2 whoppers and fries and coke. For some reason the manager deleted the whopper and charged me extra when I came in to get the missing whopper. I tried explaining her error but unfortunately I don’t think she understood so I just paid for another to get out of that smelly lobby. Thanks BK for charging me extra on a 2 for 5.

Took 10 minutes sitting in drive thru for food. Food was cold and the wrong drink. I told the young boy who came out this wasn’t root beer. He said they were trying g to run the pop out. There was 5 onion rings in the order also. I said if that’s the case you shouldn’t sell it. He turned and walked away because obvious they don’t have it.

This was my worst experience ever at a Burger King. I arrived at the drive-thru at 4:12, the time I got my food was 4:47. They had me wait for a half hour in the line to get food. Do not go to the Hastings Michigan location. They are the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to.
