BIGGBY COFFEE

This was our extra crew cheese bagel. And the coffee tastes like wet beans 🤮. Can’t go back because we’re on a time frame but figured this was important to share to really check your stuff before you drive away

The staff here is very kind and sweet, the coffee is great, but this location has got to get it together with the wait times! There is NO reason anyone should be in a coffee drive thru line for over 30 minutes unless that line was down the street! The saddest part is you’ll be in line for over 30+ minutes when there’s only 3-4 cars in front of you and don’t get any type of free drink voucher, discount, nothing because it’s just considered “normal” at this point. Even if you are training a new barista, management or other staff needs to step in to get people their orders and get cars out of line. The amount of people I see get out of line and just leave or head to Starbucks is crazy! From a business stand point, you are losing thousands! You need faster equipment or need to suck it up and

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. not once, but TWICE now, they ran my points card and reset my points so I didn't get my free drink even AFTER my husband told the guy at the register that my points card had a free drink on it. I'm very upset and will not be going to this location anymore. It seems the workers here are too incompetent to do their jobs properly.

I didn’t like my drink, they remaid it free of charge and were very nice! Some of the kindest people I have ever ordered from. The coffee and muffins are also incredible

Drink was perfect, bragel was perfect, very friendly window staff yesterday (9/15).
