Burger King

Went through the drive-thru to order. I added on onion rings to my meals at the window (my order wasn't even ready) to 2 of the 3 orders, paid the upcharge and got only one onion ring. Also, asked for sauces and the BBQ sauce lid was sliced open and exploded inside the bag. Employee at the window didn't speak no more than 2 words. My order wasn't verified. I live 30 minutes away and didn't notice the issues until I got home. I called to express my disappointment and it was brushed off like a normal occurrence and was immediately offered a food voucher. This isn't the first time something like this has happened, which is why it's been MONTHS since I've eaten here. I will not be visiting anymore. The cost per the food quality is not up to par and has gotten worse in taste over time.

For a fast food restaurant, this Burger King was great! We did not go inside, not I cannot comment to that. We went through the drive through for breakfast and our order was correct and hot/fresh! No issues, and definitely would go back.

This has got to be one of the worst restaurants in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. They always screw up our order. They always leave out food probably to have to themselves looking at the workers that they have there. They are very rude and disrespectful when we go in and very poor customer service I feel on my end of the spectrum. They should do a better job at making sure that the orders are correct and our orders aren’t missing anything and I would also like to stay that they just make burgers and put it in bags so it can’t be that hard. I work in retail And I can do better than that. I am not a fan of this place. They are always disrespectful and rude and give you dirty. Looks when you go in I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Stopped for a bite on way home from the cabin. Person who took our order was very nice. It went downhill from there.....3-4 other orders were filled before ours. After 10 plus minutes I asked what the problem was and they stated the drive through was busy. I didn't feel it was that busy. When we did get our food it wasn't even hot. The ball was dropped! Stop somewhere else if your able.

A few days ago i came through the drive thru of this burger king mid afternoon, an older woman with thinning brownish blonde hair was being super unprofessional and inappropriate. She messed up my order, tried to compensate me with a free drink, she left the window open, and kept trying to engage in conversation with me. I’m definitely never coming back to this burger king again, it ruined my trip to rapids.
