Burger King

Came to get impossible whopper 4:30am. The order taker isn’t aware of anything about menu, rushes customer and I forgot to say with cheese and I guess him and the cook thought I wanted my cheese for free so that’s why I said it after but I didn’t and I heard them laughing and making fun like I tried to do that purposefully but that’s not my character so I asked to pay for my slice of cheese and order taker so lazy don’t want to do anything but no I don’t need anything free. Still he charged me .25 for a slice of cheese and I don’t appreciate being treated like that

I have come to this Burger King several times. I am always very pleased with my order, the food is always hot and fresh, the store is very clean and the staff is very nice. The general manager goes out of his way to make sure everything is done accordingly and packaged well. I Have experienced him on several occasions, helping his employees, which I think is a great thing. He runs the store very well. I actually drive out of my way, just to come to this Burger King because I know my experience will be positive. Thank you to the staff and the general manager, keep up the good work!

My husband picked me up and took me to this location on my lunch break at 1:20pm 6-22-21. I will say that the cashier was very impatient with me about using my coupon for the sandwich she seemed as if she didn’t want to bother with it. the restaurant it self inside could be cleaner the tables weren’t wiped down the drink station was a mess and dirty. The food was good, my order was correct and temp of food was decent. As far as customer service it’s a no for me. Overall experience I give this a 3/10.

The food always appear to be freshly cooked verses sitting in a warming bin and the drive-thru window service is pleasant. The manager Bryan is a dedicated customer service advocate providing respectful service.
