Curbside is slow as crap, order ready but 10 minutes later no where in sight....so after waiting 30 minutes at curbside I went inside, order not ready 10 minutes more and I get food, no drinks, another 20 minutes before I get my drinks... mean while there are 5 people inside waiting for their orders to be corrected because they were wrong... if there was a manager on duty they should be fired immediately... there is no way a manager could have missed all these mistakes and chaos in the kitchen and not been on top of it... this place is 5 times worse than it was before the remodel.

We had to wait about 15 minutes on a car that was in front of us at the drive thru. Not sure why the staff didn't have the call pull off to the side.

Food was great .. service sucksss … last time I checked customers were right on what they wanted and employees don’t get paid a bonus on sauces… just let customers know how much the sauces are and not catch an attitude and TELL ME what I can’t get…

Every time I come through here, my order is wrong. Even mentioned it to the manager today.. she did not care, just like her crew doesn't. And I still got the wrong order!! Smh..

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Best fast food experience I have had in years. Prompt greeting at the menu. Friendly order read back. Special items correct when ordered. At the window, fast, friendly money and drink exchange. The cashier was absolutely delightful. The second window was quick and precise. The order was not only correct, but everything was hot and fresh. Overall, a great experience. This is how it should be done. I would like to congratulate the management on the excellent job 👍
