Aston and Taylor were exemplary in assisting me with documents i needed for personal reasons. They were eager to help and with beautiful smiles while assisting me each time i asked for help. This was not my first time visiting or using services at this location but each time i had visited, my experience was awesome. Truly their customer service skills provided a comfoting and caring environment. Cudos to the ladies. God bless

Horrible experience. Wouldn't let me get my prints. Charging me a dollar. Now I have to find a store to spend ten dollars in just to have enough money to print. I though libraries were non profits??????

This is without a doubt, the loudest library I have ever been to. I went there to study. I couldn't hear myself think over people playing rap music (through headphones, but loud enough to hear from across the room), someone making a phone call on speakerphone, and many people having full volume conversations. The library staff did nothing to stop any of this. It's sad because the facility is really nice and it is my closest library. But if it's not quiet, it's not a library I can go to. Hopefully this changes in the future. If it does, I will update my post.

It's so sad when Technology takes a giant leap backwards. Once upon a time, one could renew a book by logging into the library and making a request electronically. But, now, alas, that too has gone, or has been so hidden that no one without first hand knowledge knows where to find it. And so, my book languishes next to me, being read, and over due because it's cheaper to pay a fine, than to spend the gas to come in from the county when it could have cost me nothing.
