Shout out to Brian and his evening crew! They provided such exceptional customer service this evening (11/7/2026) when going through drive thru. Best customer service in a Buckhannon drive thru, hands down!
They had no clue of my order after I payed then gave me the wrong doing gave me diet which I didn't ask for don't recommend eat here all the employer are incompetent
Staff was super friendly. A few tables needed wiped off but they were kinda busy. Other than that it was clean. Burger patties were kinda dry but over all for a burger king not bad at all
Went through drive through, order breakfast meal with coke zero. Drink was colored water, croissant was hard and didn't get hashbrowns. There were 2 cars in parking lot and only me in drive through.
Went through the drive through after work and it was busy. The kid taking my order was probably new and was trying hard to get get it right but my order was still wrong. After realizing this, the manager and supervisor offered to fix it free of the up charge and made sure I got what I wanted. They were so expedient in this, I was extremely impressed. Quality customer service and care from the team. Thank you.
