Burger King

The most horrible, disgusting, and slow place I've ever been to. If you want to waste a ton of time, come on over. I don't know what's going on here. I've been standing here for 25 minutes. And no one's even approached me. They're doing something, they're just having fun, but they don't care about the customer at all((((🤮🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎👎👎

So first we put in an order thru door dash and nothing was tight so my wife drove over there to find the burger I had ordered in our initial order just sitting there. So she then placed my order again in person (they can't mess that up right, WRONG) and instead of onion rings I got fries and instead of a large drink I got a medium drink. To top it off they apparently placed the burger that had now been sitting there for 15 plus minutes into my bag, rather than making a fresh one. This particular Burger King location is clearly manned by incompetent employees and the Managers on Duty are essentially useless and easily flustered. You read the ticket, you make the order and then bag up that order. It's basically three steps in the process. I don't understand how you can continuously mess up

So I had a very bad experience and wrote a bad testimonial.. The pictures are attached.. Then came Nash. Her personality was enough to erase every bad memory of that instance. She smiles and tells every customer they rule!! She greeted me with a smile and was prompt to take my order. She laughed and enjoy Her job as she worked the drive through and the front counter with ease. This young lady is going places!! Awesome!!! Unfortunately she is the last picture in the post.. Thank you Nash!!

Ordered a Texas double whopper through the burger king app. They didnt bother telling me that they ran out of bacon and jalapeño which is supposed to be in it. I could've ordered a regular double whopper ...

I got off of work and went through the drive through. I ordered 2 tripple cheese burgers w everything It. They had me wait at the b first window and I was wondering why. Now I got home and I know the breaking why. These men took the burgers from the trash or from the ones that have been sitting under the gril pool in a bin. Number one the burger was yellow a brownish dry like cardboard. I believe that theyre taking the discarded already accounted for burgers serving them and pocketing the money. There's no way that them burgers were fresh. I want my 25 dollars back. To the owners. I would like a refund and you need to check into what theyre doing before it comes out of your pocket. Shame on you .
