There were three (3) people behind the glass talking when I walked up to the window. They didn't even look at me. Then two of them walked off and after a few more minutes I was asked if I could be helped. Then it didn't take long to finish my business there.

Actually really nice staff and efficient at processing requests. Fingerprinting was easy and digital to paper so no gross stamp pads. Pretty impressed. Even had decent parking - no reason to park in street, there's a little visitor lot with ample spots.

Nice people... good customer service. And they have 3 PC's whet you can search records at no charge.

Every single person that I have met at and through BCA is amazing. Their kindness and compassion is truly unparalleled. I was able to get what I needed to get done very quickly; I cannot say enough good things about these folks
