Bugeye Grill

This food @ Bugeye Grill is really really good! The service was excellent!! We went for dinner and breakfast. Especially Kelsey and Chaz, they were both very engaging and friendly. I would kiss the chef because this food is very flavorful and good sized portions! I definitely will be returning anytime im here in Solomons Island!!

The dinner we had here last night was amazing! Every single thing we ordered was excellent! The service was great, the atmosphere was nice and cozy, and that Queen of Hearts martini was the best drink I’ve ever had! (I’m still not above bribery to get that recipe so I can make it at home 😉) I can’t wait to come back and visit and go here again (I woke up this morning thinking about how good that french dip was!)

Typically have really good experience and food here. This evening we were seated and then waited 15 minutes. No one waited on us. Several waitresses came by the table but did not acknowledge us. Disappointing. *** Update: manager reached out and apologized. Waitstaff had a miscommunication about who was taking the table. Very kind and apologetic. Food is wonderful and will definitely be back to try again.***

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Bugeye Grill! Our server was excellent. The view from the sunroom was just gorgeous. The food was very tasty! The free olives and pickles as we waited on our appetizers and drinks was a nice touch. We had a beer flight which came with an appetizer. We tried two appetizers- the Prosciutto Wrapped Figs and the Marinated Flank Steak. The figs were SO good! They are stuffed with goat cheese, wrapped with prosciutto, and drizzled with honey and walnuts. Very, very tasty! The Marinated Flank Steak appetizer was also excellent- very well seasoned, tender, and overall a decent portion size. For the main entrees we had the shrimp cocktail, oysters rockefeller, and garlic mussels with garlic toast. All of the seafood was very good. Dessert was als

Service, atmosphere, location and set up were all great. Went on a Monday evening. So parking was very available. Food was not enjoyable. Crab spring rolls appetizer are over priced for what you get. I had the seafood fettuccini. Very bland and tasteless (I should have sent back). Had to look for the jumbo lump crabmeat in the dish. I will return but will order something else. My drink was tasty.
