Buffalo Wild Wings

We visited on a Friday evening around 5PM. It was fairly quiet. There were staff standing around, but we weren’t seated for 10minutes despite having made eye contact with some of the staff. After we ordered food, it took over 30minutes to get our food. The food came out cold, and the order was incorrect. We witnessed another table leaving prematurely after having waited for a long time as well. Then the staff started coming around and attending to customers. Overall service was bad. Food was mediocre.

Let me start out with the fact that the bartenders are fantastic, but that’s about it. I ordered the pretzel bites and they came out so overcooked I couldn’t eat them. Even the bartender said they smelled burnt. She sent them back, then the came out 1000% overcooked and extremely over seasoned. Purposely, for no reason, I didn’t even send them back

I’m absolutely livid with my experience today. I ordered a 20 piece on line with a sauce and a dry rub, In the past I would get a box with a divider in it and the sauce on the wings. Today I received two boneless wings in a box with no sauce/rub on the food but instead leaking out of two containers mixing together. This is utterly unacceptable if I wanted to put my own sauce on I would just buy chicken nuggets and sauce at the grocery store for less than what I spent in this restaurant.

Our server was excellent and have us great treatment. The ultimate appetizer (pick up to 4) was honestly perfect in and of itself and you should NEVER EVER TAKE IT OFF THE MENU. The sliders were great and had some kick to them. The everything soft pretzels, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings were so perfect. Of course the wings are great as always and our server was always helpful.

I do not often take the time to come and write a review, but especially in a day and age where bad service has become so normalized (the new standard) I needed to come here to share how BLOWN AWAY I was with this restaurant yesterday, particularly with their above and beyond service. I am a teacher, and I was bringing a large group of high school students in for lunch after their music auditions yesterday. When I called ahead to let them know, the person on the phone was very kind and quick to assure me they would prepare a place for us (which they did, very quickly!) We were sat immediately upon arrival, despite being a large group and although we had to wait a little bit for our food due to the busy time of day, our waitress was INCREDIBLE!!
