Buffalo Wild Wings

I had lunch here today, and it was a mixed bag. We were seated right away, which was great. The server asked if we wanted a high table or not, and we said regular. She was about to seat us at a regular table, but she asked if we wanted a booth instead. It wasn’t too busy, and it took a few minutes for our drink orders to be taken. Our server wasn’t very warm or welcoming, which is always a turn-off. I was really looking forward to trying the Radler, but they didn’t have beer! That was a bit disappointing. The music was a bit loud, which made it hard for our server to hear our orders. He said, “Can’t hear you,” which was a bit rude. Make it make sense. I've been living in Vermont for 10 years and this bullshit happens at least twice a year. I come sit at the bar. There were three people to my left and three people to my right. I'm greeted shortly after sitting down. So took my drink order and I asked if I wanted a menu. I replied yes and thanked her. That was the last time she even acknowledged me as I sat there and watched her interact with the people on either side of me. She walked past me at least six times and didn't even look in my direction. I refuse to eat at an establishment where I am not appreciated or have to ask to be seen. This has happened to me twice already in Vermont and it is only March 2nd.

If I could give the service a 1.5 star--- I would. Since I have had never dined at a Buffalo Wild Wings before, my mother and I decided it would be a fun change for a daughter-mother dinner day. After we were seated, it took between 10-15 minutes before our server came to greet us and ask for our drinks. Mind you... the time was needed since we were pretty indecisive about our appetizer and drinks- so the wait did not bother us one bit. What DID bother us was the simple fact that we were not given napkins. We simply used the towelettes that were placed on the table. At first I was confused since I had never been somewhere with no napkins or silverware. I chopped it up to, "Maybe because it's a wings place? Maybe that's why we only have mini, tiny towelettes/"wet ones" and no silverware?

It wasn't busy when I came when I arrived at noon. I had the black bean burger which comes with fries. Delicious .Very difficult to eat. The bun was delicious. The guacamole 🥑 was good but combined with the not yet ripe tomatoes pickles 🥒 and lettuce made it impossible to bite because it slipped all over the place. Be forewarned! I had to use a fork 🍴- I was given 2 forks no 🔪 knife 😮 upbeat sports bar atmosphere .

Food was good-if you don't mind waiting 50 minutes- when there only 2 tables occupied! Could use a smiling face as a greeter- not a word from the greeter. Not a bad place, owner should sneak in and watch things...
