Buffalo Valley Cafe

So i think a lot of folks are missing the point here at this place. It is Old West by design. Old cowboy cranking out the breakfast, not a chef. Old West decor, and attitude. Its worth a meal there just for the decor, twisted humor, and gorgeous scenery. If you are big on presentation and pampering, not your place. If you want a sort of "experience" its awesome. Breakfast is about twice what small-town cafe in Wyoming would be.

Horrible food, way overpriced, bad service. I wasn’t expected 5 star food or service, but when the food and service at McDonalds is better, we have a problem. It is basically frozen food, superheated and served with mo flavor. Worst $100+ I have ever spent on a meal for my family. Plus they charge 20% gratuity automatically and don’t do anything to deserve a gratuity. You order yourself, find your own table, and after the food arrives, you never hear from them again.

If you’re looking for a fine dining experience, this isn’t your place. We came for a good burger and a cold drink after a day of hiking and it was perfect! Very authentic atmosphere if you want to feel like you’re at a ranch in Wyoming!

Absolutely amazing place to go and visit. Food was great. You had to order at the bar and walk back to get refills but oh well. Definitely worth it. We go lucky enough to be there when they let the horses out to the pasture. Amazing experience to see. All the workers worked on the ranch and it was fun getting to talk to them. Would recommend it to anyone.
