I do not recommend this florist. I found this florist through 1-800Flowers.com. I ordered a birthday arrangement, Extra-Large Floral Embrace ($79.99), with a birthday balloon ($5.99), & a butterfly card ($5.99) (butterflies have personal meaning) + service fee & tax; and I paid $103 for this, after a 20% coupon for signing up. What my Aunt received was a really SMALL floral arrangement, a birthday balloon, & my message on the usual plain florist card. I called to complain & request they redo it. They would not make it right- they said they reached their max # of orders for the day- (yeah right- a Wednesday, in small town Splendora, & they have more orders than they can get done)... I paid $103 & received a $44 balloon & arrangement... and they wouldn't make it right. I do not recommend u

This place is a SCAM!!!!! I promise do not order here. Not only were the flowers never delivered on May 8th but a week later, but they did not deliver what we paid for! I have proof of what we ordered and what was received. They never answer calls or call us because they know they are stealing from people. They charged a total of over $100 that include same day shipping. So upset these people are thieves. Had they said anything like they're out but here's some other flowers, no problem but instead we got some greens and a stick?!

The lady on the phone was very nice when I called to order a candy bouquet. It was delivered on time and my friend sent me a picture. I was so embarrassed!! It looked NOTHING like the picture on the web-site. It looks like they ran to Dollar General and got $10 worth of snacks and threw them in the cheapest basket they had. You would be better off sending a $50..00 gift card to your friend than to spend $57.37 on this mess.

Sweetie Pies did an amazing job for a spray I ordered for a funeral. It’s not often that flowers look better in person than they do online. We were all blown away. I dropped off fishing bobbers and fish to attach. They even antiqued the bobbers so they were not so bright. Thank you all so much for making a sad day a little brighter!
