Bubbas Shrimp Shack Mechanicsville

The food was great. The shrimp were large and tasted amazing, the okra was great, so were the hush puppies. All of the fried food was good and fried well. The food came out quick and was made fresh. There were no issues with the staff, they were friendly. The bathroom was relatively clean. The table was a bit small but it was fine. Overall, great spot to stop for lunch on the road.

I have ate here twice now and both times the food and service have been great. The fish and shrimp are fresh and taste amazing!

First time there, The fish was very thin, but not dry, but the shrimp was so big & plump!!! Baked beans were good, too.

Formerly Skrimp Shack. Now Bubba's Shrimp Shack. Shrimps are the same. Delicious. Sweet potato fries changed but they're very good. Waffle fries now. Small shrimp basket comes with a side and drink. Even got 2 hush puppies in the basket. They are very tasty. I loved it. Fast, friendly. Dined in. Food brought out to table hot. Choice of different sauces for shrimp and fish. Will return and try other menu items. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Loved the great service! Food and atmosphere were great. The clerk was helpful and wonderful.
