BubbaQue's BBQ - Trenton

I have eaten at this establishment many times. The food is good and there is a lot of seating. One of the things to be aware of is that the pricing can be a bit high for certain items like the salad bar for $13.99. This would not be a place I would go for a vegetarian option. They also have a great variety of BBQ sauces. If you are in Trenton this is a place you can stop by for dinner. Then across the street is an ice cream place.

The food is awesome and the amount of food is much more than most BBQ places. We had the brisket and pulled pork and the wings. Really tender and moist. The Mac n cheese is amazing and creamy. You have to try the fried okra. Omgoodness it is crispy and the garlic toast is very good. The only thing they had an issue with was they need more help. But that wasn’t that bad as the waitress we had is super fast and very sweet. The sweet tea was really good and plenty of it. Take a look at the signs and decorations. Very cool. And be sure and buy your favorite sauce by the bottle. Enjoy 😉

A BBQ place that has a buffet. Just add 5.99 to your meal and u can enjoy their salad bar/buffet. The place is neat. The food is and u can try their different bbq sauces. I'll recommend this place.

Buffet is small compared to buffet-centered restaurants but it's great. Salad bar, fried chicken, multiple meat options and soups, or delicious barbecue options made to order. One of the best options to eat anywhere near the Alachua/Gilchrist county line.

Ordered onion rings as a side and this is what they think is appropriate. It’s been a year since I ordered from here due to a situation like this then. That’s it, I’m done. Partially my fault because I didn’t check it before I left but who knew this is the new standard for food quality. EDITED: I responded to the email provided in their “response” to this review and as anticipated, they never responded. So it looks good on here that they “tried” to reach out and look concerned; but the truth is, it was just show. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be..
