Off The Beet

Off the Beet in Trenton, FL is a gem. The unique rustic atmosphere instantly sets it apart, and the owners are incredibly hardworking and down to earth. Service is excellent and welcoming. The from-scratch menu is delicious, with solid gluten free options that don’t feel like an afterthought. Perfect spot for large groups, special events, or just a great quality meal. Highly recommend.

Our family dines out often and in cities all over the country, exploring Michelin star rated to mom and pop’s….this place is hands down one of our top favorite experiences ever! We had the Labneh, Mediterranean pasta with shrimp and Maffioso pasta and were BLOWN away with the uniqueness of the dishes, freshness of the ingredients, and overall DELICIOUSNESS! And don’t miss the strawberry smash cocktail either! Only recommendation I might offer is a little work on the ambience…lighting was a little garish for dinner and also could use some background music. Easy fixes! A must try!

We stopped in around 4 PM and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was quiet, clean, and super cute — perfect for a relaxing bite after a long day. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the food was incredible! You can tell everything is made fresh with care. Trenton has some great local gems, and Off the Beat is definitely one of them. Highly recommend if you’re in town checking out homes or just enjoying a nice dinner out.

Great restaurant in Trenton! Went for dinner tonight and sat at the bar. Great service. Excellent cocktails we had the Strawberry smash and mojito. They have nightly specials. My husband ordered the NY strip and I ordered the chicken Parmesan. Both were excellent. Good size portions. We had enough for lunch the next day. Food was fresh, prices reasonable, and service friendly. Will definitely be a repeat customer .

Food was soo good that a picture before was completely forgotten. Didn't wasn't any time digging in. NY strip steak was absolutely amazing and tons a flavor. Cooked to perfecting. The Chicken Maria was also a giant chicken breast an also full of flavor and so juicy. Highly recommend both. Ask for Maylee if you can!! She was absolutely incredible. We will be returning and we will be asking for you Maylee!! Thanks for the amazing service
