BubbaQue's BBQ - Dade City

Came into a place with no fried foods. Then $75 later we had raw chicken & ribs. Cole Slaw was super sweet.We had to ask for refills. Service was not friendly or attentive. Cashier/ Server was avoiding us. They claimed the food was smoked and all food was like that when we have been here more than once. This is our worst experience. They gave us$5 refund thinking that would solve the problem.

I got the pickle chips to go. They were so burnt, I could not even eat them. I called the restaurant owner and his other BubbaQue's restaurant in Lakeland. I haven't heard anything back, so that was a wasted $16. I could not wait for another order because I was on my way to a doctor's appointment

First you order at the counter like most BBQ places. We were met with a pleasant cashier. She took our order and repeated it for confirmation. They then promptly gout our drinks to the table. The food was out very quick. I had the Meaty Ribs they were excellent. We had 10 in our party everyone commented on the great taste of their food. The staff was very attentive keeping drinks full. The restaurant was very clean. We will be back.

Good barbecue this is not Sonny’s barbecue. If this was Sonny’s barbecue, you will be getting a nuke plate. The food is very very good excellent. The staff is very professional, polite and kind. I highly recommend if you are in Dave city stop at Bubbas barbecue so delicious. Oh, did I mention the place is clean and the restrooms

First time. The sides were good, a middle B if I assignd a grade.The sauces are pretty good. The meat (pulled pork and ribs) was cold, dry, and flavorless. I would guess that they are cooked somewhere else long ago and reheated. Grade: C minus at best if I'm feeling generous. More proof that it's hard to find good BBQ in Florida. The decor tries to hard with intentionally misspelled signs and blaring good ole boy wanna be country music. Won't be returning.
