Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This place is an underground TREASURE. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. Such a variety of flavors and options. The staff was very kind and helpful to all our questions of the ice cream. Would definitely recommend coming here any day or time of the week/year. I was visiting from a different state and it was the only place open, SO happy we decided to stop here. Flavorful and creamy ice cream. Can’t recommend enough.

So glad they have a location close to the downtown area. I didn't like that they couldn't give me any coupons. Other locations give me coupons but the cashier and the rest of the crew, acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Overall, the ice cream was really good as always.

Totally disappointed with this new Bruster location. After waiting for them to open so we wouldn’t have to travel to their other location. They didn’t have what we traveled to get which was “Butter Brickell”. When we asked about the flavor we were given a spoon with “Butter Pecan” ice cream. Still employees didn’t speak good English and the person used profanity after he realized our orders were incorrect and he did it twice . Ordering a Strawberry Sundae they got that order wrong too. They corrected it by making another one correct and giving us the right one. After spending $25.00 for our order we’ve decided that we would travel across town to Mechanicville Bruster’s where they know what we want even before we order it . They provide exceptional customer service!

We’re obsessed with this place! 🍦 SAM and PRINCE are the absolute BEST — friendly, fast, and always smiling! The ice cream? NEXT-LEVEL DELICIOUS. 😍 They drop new flavors every single week so there’s always something exciting to try! And the shop? Spotless every time. ✨ This place is a total vibe — 10/10 recommend! 🙌

I am so thrilled to have an ice-cream shop in this neighborhood and it definitely does not disappoint! There are so many flavors to choose from (dairy, non-dairy, and sorbet!) The environment is super clean and the staff is so helpful and nice! Especially Josalyn, her excellence in customer service and pleasant personality just makes for an overall wonderful experience!
