Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This is my new favorite ice cream brand. We are from Michigan and have nothing that compares to the quality of Bruster’s ice cream. It is super rich and creamy with no ice crystals ever. They know how to properly shake their ice cream scoopers and provide a delicious treat. They offer a large variety of ice cream desserts: Sundaes, shakes, waffles cones, mixer’s and more. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and the have many different flavors to chose from. I love their butter pecan ice cream, the pecans are toasted and salted to perfection.

The ice cream is good but the customer service tonight was not very nice. I got a kiddie cup for my granddaughter like I have done many times before. I know they are small but this on havd less than half the I cream they usually have and maybe 10 sprinkles. I ask for a top for the ice cream the girl totally ignored me and closed the window. Laughing as she turned away. I don’t know her name but she needs a course in customer service. She had long brown hair and braces

Went here for the 1st time on Saturday February 7th 2026 with my dad. We were at nearby chillis and decided to get some ice cream. Brusters ice cream is like an old fashioned ice cream stop with outside tables and chairs, and they also have a drive through. We found a spot in front and went to the front. Person was pleasant and welcomed us to the place. I got a cup of cotton candy in a small, and my dad got a chocolate sundae with a cherry. We paid with cash. Then since it was a little chilly, ate our Ice cream in the car Ice cream tasted fresh and delicious! I enjoyed my cup! Hope to be back soon, and with a photo next time!

Great experience today! Needed help with a birthday cake pick up. I called and they were very accommodating! Always great ice cream and thank you for the exceptional service.

Great quality ice cream with a friendly staff. They gave us several samples to make our choices. I’m deducting one star because the blueberry cheesecake was a little off - there wasn’t much of a cheesecake flavor in the mix. No biggie, we would hit them up again next time we’re in town
