Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Kids say, "Best ice cream in our life! The cookie was so yummy too!" I personally love the outdoor seating with area for the kids to run around in and the fact that the guy at the window taking our orders was very patient and got our orders out to us quickly five stars we all agree!

The oat ice cream was disappointing tonight. Usually very tasty. It was very icy tasting and lacking oreo cookies. Also our order was not prepared as ask for. Hopefully next time it will be improved.

This place used to be good but now they will refuse to make 3/4ths of their menu if its within like 45 minutes before they close. Its ridiculous. Went from a great local ice cream place and recently became the crappy store that pretends they can't make anything. So if you want dessert.....get it before dinner because after they'll just say they can't make it. Smdh.

Wife and I went to location on lower roswell road 1/21/26. Music playing outside was very loud and innappropriate . Both employees were extremely rude to my wife. They seemed to go out of their way to be unpleasant. We won’t repeat. Avoid this location. They have mean employees.

Our order was wrong 2 of the 2 times that we went to this location this year. 😓 We don't go much because we eat less calories. The last time we went, they only put 1 thing in the bag even though we had ordered 2 things. Then, just before 7:00 PM tonight my cousin went to get us some. My small turtle sundae was only chocolate ice cream and a few pecans mixed in. I am too sick to go back and have you fix the order.
