Bruegger's Bagels

Ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats. Ordered a 3-pack of bagels and a Tub of Cream Cheese for them. Pretty straight forward you'd think right? No way they could mess this up? Wrong... They send the bagels with NO cream cheese lol. When I called to let them know; I was told manager would call me back and make it right and never heard back. No apologies or anything. Horrible service.

Not only is the food amazing but the staff is friendly and honest - ESPECIALLY Ronald! I got some bad news on Wednesday and my head was in a foggy space. I stopped in to have a bagel with my husband and unfortunately ended up leaving my purse behind. That was on Wednesday. I didn’t even realize it was missing until Saturday night (working doubles at work can do that), and after retracing my steps I just could not remember where I put it. Finally, I Had a friend text me how the bagel shop was? And then I remembered that I was there on Wednesday! I called and the staff had immediately put it in the safe, and with everything going on in this world, I think that good deeds need to be shouted from the rooftops to show that there are good people out there. Don't go here. The people preparing the food are mean and nasty and the manager working the register is too busy with mobile orders to pay attention to walk on customers. Go to the bagel shop on Quincy Center. Even with the extra 15 minute drive you will still get your food faster.

Staff is rude and unfriendly; while I was waiting for my food they yelled at the customers 3 times. I've gotten the hash browns from them twice; the first time it was still frozen and the second time it was burnt. The bagel sandwich I got didn't have any cream cheese on it despite that being a part of the description; it was only partially cut in half, and the bagel was stale and not toasted. I'm sure the staff is overworked and undervalued, but I'm not going back there

Ordered takeout from Bruegger’s Bagels and it actually hit the spot. The peppered bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel was delicious and the bagel was super fresh. Iced coffee was solid too. Everything traveled well and genuinely made my morning. A bit on the pricey side, but at least it was worth it.
