We stopped in from seeing from the main road while we were in the area. Excited to try a cheesesteak shop to our surprise it offered so much more as well! salads, kids menu, cold and hot sandwiches. The battered fries were fantastic. The fry sauce was great! I ordered the Malibu Chicken hot sandwich on white bread. The bread was so soft and had great flavor. I'm assuming was made in house. The flavor was amazing, but the only complaint was when eating the sandwich, the chopped up tiny pieces of chicken, when I would take a bite, I was losing a lot of it into my basket. If it was in strips of chicken, it would have made it easier to eat. But the hint of pineapple was great flavor. Food is great! I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Cheesesteak. Bread was fresh, soft and airy. Paul Hollywood would approve. The meat literally melted in my mouth. Great flavors! Service was great and friendly.

Here I am… an old man and I had never had a cheesesteak in my ever lovin life. I’ve eaten cockroaches in Hong Kong, grasshoppers in Thailand, and Natto and dried squid in Japan, but the Philly Cheesesteak was mystery to me, somehow floating along just out of my consciousness, like an unseen fisherman’s cast fly floating unnoticed by the old trout of the river. It was too far or sounded too much like cheesecake and it simply passed me by… that is until Bruchi’s. Why is it so difficult to get a simple order right..? "Classic, no onion please" It was a simple order. Had to chuck my $20 sandwich in the trash when I got back to work and discovered it was packed full of onion. If anyone from the business actually reads these, and wants to refund my card (order #1 today 3/5) that'd be super.
