Bruschi's Roseville had been my go to for several years now when craving a tasty cheesesteak sando and fries. Some sandwiches are a little more juicy than others which can affect the bread. Even then, it’s still a very good cheesesteak. I usually order online for pick up and the timing is so consistent that if I do arrive too early the wait is minimal. I ordered the cheesesteak classic and this is how it arrived. Barely any meat and missing the peppers. The fries were stale and cold, as well.

Bruchi’s is absolutely amazing! Every time I go, the food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Their cheesesteaks are packed with deliciously seasoned meat and melty cheese, and the fries are always crispy and hot. The staff is friendly, fast, and really seem to care about giving great service. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or dinner, Bruchi’s never disappoints — it’s always a great experience from start to finish!

We ordered 3 French dips and a kids burger to go. Added in a couple large fries, for the road. Everything was delicious! The large fries are huge, fry sauce is perfect.

Bruchi's CheeseSteak & Salads is a sandwich and salad fast-casual restaurant. They offer delicious and reasonably meal options. The chicken walnut salad is light, yet satisfying. The marinated chicken on mixed greens with raspberry Walnut vinaigrette dressing, candied walnuts, dried cranberries and gorgonzola cheese. They also offer burgers, subs, cheesesteak sandwiches and half sandwich options. This is a good lunch date spot, since the booths offers privacy and there are plenty of places close by to extend the date. Is the temporary inflation adjustment charge really necessary?
