OMFG Where do i start?!?! My friend and I pulled into the parking lot on a whim, while looking for something to eat, and decided to try it. I was blown away we ordered The pimento dip and pulled pork nachos as starters, the pimento was perfectly spiced and smokey. The nachos were absolutely amazing the way all the flavors blended but still gave you that BBQ aftertaste was impressive. For my main course i ordered the brisket sandwich. This is where I decided that this will be my go to BBQ restaurant. The Split Hoagie Roll was fluffy on the outside with a crunch from the toast on the inside. The brisket was next level biting into the sandwich felt like almost biting into a brisket-y cloud from the roll and the fall apart instantly but not dry brisket. Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing atm

If you're ISO great BBQ, you found it. If you're looking for from scratch, high-quality cooking and smoking - you found it. Absolutely incredible food, kind people, relaxing vibe - couldn't have asked for a more perfect lunch! Don't sleep on this spot!

The food and service was amazing. We had the blue plates. Brisket was delicious we had to get 2lb for dinner tonight and put some in the freezer for a next week. Thank you for the amazing food and cant wait to being the Grandbabies this summer. Bless that Google sent us to amazing food. Merry Christmas happy new year 🎉

A Bristol MUST! Hands down the best food. What an incredible and unique experience. Owner was super friendly, the guy running the Smoker greeted us as we walked from the parking lot. Menu was incredible, we got one chicken and one brisket taco, a Cuban sandwich and a side of Mac n cheese. He told us to head to the greenhouse and we weren’t really expecting an actual greenhouse. It was heated, super cool decor and had a big long row of tables. Then the food came WOW!!!! First of all the Mac n cheese is unlike anything I’ve ever had. The tastiest! The Cuban was incredible and mouth watering. Tacos were so yummy and fresh. Everything was made fresh to order. From now on this is the only place we’re going to eat at when we visit the area.

You really have to want good BarBQ to fine this place, but it's worth the trip off the Highway. Matt, the owner is a great pit master making and growing most of his products on site and buying local to give you this unbelievable BBQ . He makes his sauces, which you can buy on site . He also makes hot sauce to fit any taste . This is a family own restaurant, and all the family helps. The one thing a business can't fine on YouTube is passion in what they do, and you can tell this family is passionate at giving you their love on a plate. Great job, Matt
