💕 what an amazing find in Trinidad! Best cinnamon roll ever. Friendly owner and elegant bakery. Saturday is Pie Day so I have to go back. This will be our stop on all trips north.
The new Brique Rd Bakery in Trinidad, CO has replaced Colie's Bakery. There is a good variety of baked goods which are all very freshly made.
