Brickwood Restaurant Bar and Terrace

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve now been to The Brickwood twice, and both times were excellent. Sunday, after church, we went around 1:00pm and had no issues with wait times. I ordered the steak with roasted Brussels sprouts and broccolini—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My husband had the steak with fries and was just as pleased. The steaks themselves were tender, well-seasoned, and cooked exactly as ordered. The atmosphere is a touch upscale but still comfortable, and our waitress was friendly and attentive. With all the effort and investment put into this new spot, it’s refreshing to finally have a restaurant in Lancaster that feels like a step up. For us, Brickwood has been two-for-two excellent, and we’ll definitely be back.

We’ve been away a few weeks after a disappointing experience in August. Tonight was fantastic. This was our fifth visit and we could definitely detect significant improvements in quality of service, speed of service and quality of food. Our favorite appetizer is the Pimento cheese. The plantain chips were served as long vertical strips and were crispy. Presentation was perfect. Entrees included the West Village Burger and Steak sandwich. Burger was cooked perfectly (med well) with a new presentation on a butcher block instead of a plate….nice touch! The steak sandwich is one of our go to ordered items with the same beautiful plate presentation. Steak was actual meat, not fat and gristle. We waited 10-15 minutes max for food to come out. Very timely yet not rushed. We enjoy the bar seating

We had lunch here to celebrate our 1 month married! We had a blast, service was phenomenal! My husband had the tuna and I had the fish tacos for our meals. He had the smoked old fashioned and I had a few bloody Mary’s. We will certainly be back for lunch or dinner again. Our server was knowledgeable and super respectable, and everyone was so welcoming. Thank you so so much!

Man, let me tell you something! The atmosphere in this spot was NICE, like real nice. And the service? Whew! They had me feeling like I was VIP in there. I ordered that bone-in pork chop and when I say tender, I mean tender. Juicy too! Like, I cut into it and it was just sitting there looking back at me like, “Yeah, you about to enjoy this.” And that shaved Brussels salad? I don’t even be hyped about salad like that, but this one? It was filling, the dressing was crazy good, everything came together like a perfect mixtape. Now the drinks, Blue Moon Belgian White and a Mezcalita. Fire. Straight fire. They did their job. Overall, this place is a win. Food, drinks, service, all top tier. I’ll be back, and when I do, I’m bringing people with me like, “Y’all gotta try this!”

Beautiful atmosphere, cozy and elegant. Staff were very attentive and professional. Food was good, but kitchen salted my food after I explicitly asked them not to. Will try again and then return with a evaluation.
