Smokin' Rail

I visited Smokin Rails for the first time and tried the onion rings, burrito, brisket tacos, and banana pudding. Everything was delicious. The onion rings were crispy and flavorful, the burrito filling and satisfying, and the brisket tacos tender with a nice smoky taste. The banana pudding was creamy and the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Smokin Rails offered a really enjoyable dining experience that I’d happily return to.

Great outdoor seating for dog owners or those just looking for a spot to eat outside on a beautiful Saturday. We were camping at nearby Andrew Jackson State Park and saw this was close to us. Labeled as BBQ joint, but we all had Mexican plates. The California burrito was top notch, street tacos were great, as was the BBQ quesadilla. Didn’t try the margaritas but they had local IPA on draft. Hostess was friendly and we would recommend.

We went around 2:00 on Saturday so it was not super packed. The service , ambience and food we’re all very good. I got the vegetarian burrito. It was literally the biggest burrito I’ve ever had in my life. Their portions are large so if you wanted to just get one entrée, you could probably share it with someone.

The hot dogs were just ok but could've been better with toasted bread and more chilli. The fajitas 3 way vegetables were slightly undercooked. The chicken burrito was mostly rice. Very good friendly service.

We just stoped by for a drink because we were in the area but the place seems fantastic! Very kid friendly and I hear the food is amazing. The bear selection is minimal (only a few taps) but still don’t miss this place if you’re in the neighborhood. We will be back to check the food!
