Incredible snow cones or snowballs the shaved ice and the flavored juice just unbelievable really hits the spot on those hot days even when it's not so hot. And it's always service with a smile the team working there is just great.

Best snow cones ever. I visit here from out of town and every time I come out I have to go to Pelicans. The snow cones are made of such a soft and delicate ice. Perfectly soaked in the delicious snow cone syrup I’ve chosen. I like the polar bear punch with cream on top.

I had a bad experience today! I like marshmallows and asked for them to add extra marshmallow. Went up there twice and both times they charge me for it and didn’t add it. They don’t deserve the one star.

This place has to be my most favorite place in the world. I wish the location was out of the Sun in the middle of the summer cuz you can catch a tan in 5 minutes. But when they are open they never cease to amaze me and I'm always pleased with whatever flavor I pick

They’ve been out of condensed milk for almost two months. Definitely over a month. How hard is it to manage inventory for a shaved ice franchise? 😂 Only in South Carolina 😅
