Brew Krew Kitchen & Bath

I absolutely love this store. There are so many cool items for the kitchen and also spices, sauces and kits for cooking. I always buy the coffee every time I visit. My favorite is the Ooey Gooey Chocolate Brownie. I buy it grounded and buy beans for later use. Also, I've always had great customer service. I especially love seeing a man I think is the owner. He always has cool and new products to tell us about. It always makes the shopping experience fun.

My boyfriend and I stopped in today while on our way to the Benjamin Franklin store since we didn't have our infant for a few hours. Upon entering it's s super cute store, overpriced but cute. As we we're walking around a older woman with short hair, approached us and asked if we needed any help. We told her no and that we had just moved to the area and we just wanted to look around.. after the conversation the woman followed us throughout the store making my partner and I extremely uncomfortable and making it pretty clear she was watching us, blocking areas and "fixing the shelves" but really was just hovering. Even if I wanted to buy something the way this woman treated my partner and I we decided we won't go to spend a dime and won't recommend the shop.

The store itself is fun with many great products. But our shopping experience was definitely soured because of the way the owners treated us. We will never go back. The owners, especially the gentleman, continually hounded all of us, over and over again. He made us feel very uncomfortable. I have read many other reviews stating the same thing. You’d think they would get a clue and change their tactics.

After a second poor experience in this store, I will not be returning nor will I recommend/refer to any friends or family. My husband, daughter, and I stopped in during the summer of 2020 because it looked like a cute shop. Not only were we followed around the store by who I presume were the owners, my husband was almost chastised for inquiring about a restroom. This year we decided to give it another chance because once again, it’s a cute shop with cute items. I stopped to look at some of the beard products for my husband. I picked up a tin of beard balm, opened the UNSEALED lid to smell, and put it back. An older gentleman (the owner’s husband per a young female employee) walked up to me out of nowhere and very condescendingly asked if I just broke the seal on the product and shook his

Cute shop with tons of things for your home! I noticed that they lowered their prices a little bit compared to the last few times I was here. You can find almost all the items in their store on amazon if you don't feel like spending as much. The only thing I don't like is how the owner hovers over my shoulder while I'm trying to look through the store. They always act as if I'm trying to steal something and it makes me not give them my service.
