Customer Reviews
Unfortunately very disappointed. They were out of all breakfast sandwiches, no breakfast burritos, out of most of their bagels. We ordered a bagel with cream cheese she asked if we wanted it cut said yes. When we got it, it was not cut. She walked away, had to get her attention to give us our coffees that had been sitting there which were now cold. She took our visa came back handed it to us walked away. Had to get her attention again to ask if we needed to sign she said nope, had to ask about a receipt. She said I can text it to you, took our number, that was it. Got the receipt a bit later and there was a .25cent fee? Who knows what for? I know it’s a small amount but those add up. Also they were not busy, There was one other car on the other side and there were two people working. N
I love supporting local coffee stands, if I come back to Post Falls I would stop by again for sure. Delicious much needed coffee for a very long weekend road trip!
They can make my white coffee with hazelnut with whole milk. And they always have special treats for my fur baby Billy !! Great place !!
I was unfortunately so disappointed with this drink/snack drive through! I was very excited for boba and a bagel Sammy but they ran out of boba and I’m not sure if bagel sandwiches are discontinued. I got the loaded avocado bagel instead but it was one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. It was cream cheese with an avocado spread and then bacon bits on top. The Avo and bacon weren’t fresh at all and I was only able to stomach one bite. The chocolate frapp was delicious though! When I went to pay the employee didn’t tell me the price she only took my card and asked if I wanted to tip and how much I wanted to tip. I felt really uncomfortable with not knowing my total and being asked to tip. I feel enough pressure at every place I go to tip and it was inappropriate to be requested how much
Good customer service. the gals are really sweet coffee is pretty good. my only complaint would be when making food one barista used her bare hands to make Bagel sandwiches, bare hands in the bacon, and then move on to making my coffee drink without washing her hands. And then helps the next customer with making another bagel with their hands no gloves without washing hands or sanitizing. I work in food service and this is unsanitary.
