Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I literally stood in front at the counter by the ice-cream for well over 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, look at me, take my order, or anything.. I was ignored 🙁 I even called and ordered it and still nobody made my order. 🤦‍♀️😓 At 15 minutes waiting finally 'Tom' spoke to me.

I have NEVER received the correct amount of sauce in the drive thru. I almost always have to go back in. If you dont check your bag, every single time, you will not enjoy your food here. Also, they overfilled my milkshake, and now ive had to spend my lunch break cleaning out my car. I really appreciate that, so much. Ive asked for one sauce, they forget it. I've asked for 2 sauce, they forget it. I asked for 3 sauce, and they gave me 3 of the little baby sauce packs that they have, I would've just PAID to have the extra sauce if it's that big of a deal. They never, ever, provide adequate service for drive thru customers. The sauce is the ONLY reason to come here! I love Braum's too much to stop eating here, but man, do I hate my toxic relationship with this fast food place.

Well we ordered a bag of burgers with cheese and a grilled chicken club w fries . We we parked to wait for sandwiches, didn't get the fries at all, my chicken was dried out and chewy, obviously not fresh and the burgers didn't even melt the cheese and were barely warm. I went out of my way to get braums and was hoping for a better experience but it's not the first time it was bad.

Was told to pull over in parking lot for fresh fries We were brought reheated fries and they were terrible. I have had better Braum's Cheeseburger Won't cross Braums off my list just will not go the Parsons ks one again

We sat for 30 minutes for three bags of burgers and a shake this isn’t the first time this has happened they didn’t put the lid on the shake all the way. The guy that brought it was was nice but that’s it! I only went back cause of my son and son n law cause I don’t linked to wait for 30 minutes to an hour.
