Botanic Café

This place is very cute! Food is delicious. Plenty of seating. Staff is friendly, and was accommodating for my gluten and dairy allergy.

My first visit to Botanic Café unfortunately did not live up to expectations. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and was seated outside. There were problems with the WiFi constantly going in and out so I tried to move inside but experienced the same problem. I also ordered a lunch special and after taking a bite I noticed that the produce sticker was still on the tomato. I took the sandwich myself back to the kitchen to show someone, I found either a cook or a kitchen aide and he just looked at it. He did not offer to replace it or refund the sandwich. I was let down by the lack of attention to detail and customer service.

I absolutely love this cafe. I can't just call it a coffee shop because the food is soooo good. I always go with seasonal drinks and food, not once have I've been disappointed. The building it self is very comfortable, and just so homey with its well botanic feel.

The cranberry turkey melt was to die for! Salmon avocado wrap could’ve used a little more flavor for me but good nonetheless, all fresh veggies and everything. The coffee is the best coffee I’ve had in years. If you live close by you NEED to come try this coffee. The girl that had a little chain nose piercing taking our order was so helpful and patient, customer service couldn’t be better!
