BoSa Donuts

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. My brown sugar milk tea was made incorrectly, and even after I clarified it, I was given a plain milk tea. When I asked for it to be fixed, I was told I’d have to pay for a whole new drink because the manager “didn’t hear me” — even though the manager wasn’t present at the time. On top of that, I ordered a 24oz Thai tea with boba and was given a 16oz instead. When I brought it up, I was told I wasn’t charged for the larger size, but my bank statement shows I was charged for the 24oz. The remake also had way too much half-and-half. As a Thai woman, I can definitely say the balance was way off. Overall, the service and accuracy really need improvement. best bagels i’ve ever had. i’ve never had anything like them. super fluffy and airy and the cream cheese is also the best cream cheese i’ve ever tasted. lol. and ive tried other bosa locations in phx! this one is the only location with these bagels. i’m addicted. also the staff is super sweet. love it here. my go-to drive thru breakfast and coffee spot

The manager is completely horrible to their employees. Employees are not allowed to speak Spanish around her nor to any customers. What’s crazy is that she’s able to speak her native language anytime she wants. I will never support this place again. I hope that manager has a day she deserves

Donuts at this Bosa location are delicious, fresh and the service is amazing. They have a drive thru and I have never had a quick drive thru experience like I always have at Bosas. Totally recommend.

I have been to this location 3 times since it has opened. I'm so happy its near me. I love BoSa. I've decided to try new items I don't ever get. Today I got a honeydew smoothie, a breakfast croissant and a bagel with cream cheese. Wellllll, that honeydew smoothie is a keeper. I love it to death. I can't believe I've never tried it before. The bagel is huge! It's also so soft and chewy. I can't get enough. My croissant is for lunch so ill have to see how that goes. But their croissants have always been flakey and delicious.
