Bonjuk and Bibimbap - Rowland Heights

Love this place! Went with my friend today and i asked for more side dishes at the counter, Mia was so nice nthat she gave me even more dishes than i asked for!! And also gave me two extra small dishes to bring back home!! Food is so delicious and ingredients are very fresh!

Wow, Bonjuk and Bibimbap is awesome! My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner. I can see why it’s one of the most popular chains from Korea. The restaurant was clean and modern looking inside, and the food was phenomenal. It was a healthy, lighter option compared to some other spots in the area. Our server was also super nice. We ordered the mushroom + bulgogi bibimbap and seafood pancake. Both were absolutely delicious, and I look forward to coming back again soon. The chicken ginseng soup was also very healing and tasty! There was some dates, rice and green beans in it which was a nice touch.

The ingredients in every dish were incredibly fresh, making each bite truly enjoyable. The Abalone and Chicken Porridge was especially delightful—rich, flavorful, and so comforting. The Bibimbap was perfectly balanced, with each component adding to the overall deliciousness. I also tried their Red Bean and Green Bean drinks, which were refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic and high-quality Korean food!

"Slow cooked" Korean food, as the merchant claims. It takes about 15-20 minutes from ordering the food, to receiving the food.Our dishes taste good. The dining area is clean and well maintained. That said, I probably won't go back again, because of the long waiting time.

A good small business provides excellent service. The manager/owner always gives me side dishes when we finished. Prices are fair compared to others. We ordered porridge, Japchae, and beef bibimbap which were very good and freshly made. Recommend people come here for a cozy lunch or porridge.
